1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, with no exceptions. This includes opened or unopened products.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Order errors on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Damaged products (notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos). Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Products affected by misuse or improper storage.
  • Shipping delays or lost packages after carrier handover.
