Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict industry regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds or Returns?
Product Integrity & Safety: For the protection of our customers, we cannot accept returned products, even if unopened, due to health and safety protocols.
Federal Compliance: Our products fall under highly regulated categories. Once an item has left our facility, it is considered final sale.
High-Risk Category: Due to the nature of our industry, including chargeback fraud prevention, all transactions are final and non-refundable.
