Orders are typically processed the same day if placed before [e.g., 2 PM EST], depending on order volume. High-volume periods may extend processing to 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Free shipping on orders over $97 (pre-tax).
  • For orders under $97, standard USPS Priority Mail rates apply (calculated at checkout, typically $7.95-$12.95 based on location/weight).
  • We ship to U.S. addresses only (excluding states where kratom is prohibited; check local laws). No international shipping.

3. Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 1-3 business days after shipment. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery if your package is lost/damaged. We may replace at our discretion (proof required). We are not liable for packages marked as delivered.
